Isn’t it strange that, when women are breaking the shackles of all those centuries of stigma and claiming and thriving at what’s rightfully theirs, when women are seen doing the most extraordinary things around the world (and even above it), something as exciting, something so full of possibilities, something as liberating as driving a truck, is still considered “not for women”?
The reasons for it may be many. But let’s face it, there were reasons to not do those other things as well. But women still went ahead, faced the challenges, and overcame them. And now, it’s time to put one more stigma, one of the last few remaining ones, to rest.
